Nicholas is a seasoned marketing consultant with over 15 years of experience and the founder of Earnworthy, a growth marketing consultancy specializing in landing page optimization, email marketing, marketing automation, and strategic growth planning.
In addition to Earnworthy, Nicholas founded the Port St. Lucie Business Club in July 2023, initially as a Facebook group aimed at connecting local entrepreneurs and fostering community growth.

CO-FOUNDER
Daniel is the founder and CEO of DVIII Financial Wealth Management, a firm dedicated to helping clients build and preserve their financial legacies.
As a trusted financial advisor, he primarily focuses on working with H.E.N.R.Y’s (High Income Earning Not Rich Yet), business owners, and physicians, offering tailored strategies for retirement, insurance, and wealth planning. His approach focuses on combining patience with strategic action for long-term success, clients' passions, goals, and purpose-driven planning.
Michelle Scalice
CO-FOUNDER
Michelle brings creativity, strategy, and community spirit to the Port St. Lucie Business Club leadership team. With a background in psychology, counseling, and marketing, she is passionate about helping local professionals connect, grow, and thrive. Dedicated to service and collaboration, Michelle actively supports community initiatives and enjoys volunteering, exploring her love of science and space, and spending time with her family.
Oksana Mayer
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Oksana is a Marketing Administrator at EZETech, specializing in IT services and cybersecurity, with expertise in social media content creation, SEO, and website development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Medical Informatics.
Driven by a passion for innovation that helps businesses thrive, Oksana also holds certifications in email marketing and advanced social media, further enhancing her digital marketing skills.

MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
Corinne is a Client Success Specialist with Earnworthy Amplify, where she helps small businesses streamline operations and reclaim valuable time. With a strong background in business development and community engagement, she combines strategy and compassion to deliver solutions that truly support growth. Recognized for her professionalism and warmth, Corinne ensures every client feels heard, supported, and empowered. She is also a respected leader in the Treasure Coast community, known for fostering collaboration and creating opportunities for small business success.
Zachary Grubb
SOCIAL IMPACT DIRECTOR
Zachary Grubb serves as the Social Impact Director for the Port St. Lucie Business Club, where he connects local nonprofits with the club’s 7,000+ members to help raise awareness, engage volunteers, and strengthen community support. He coordinates monthly nonprofit tours, organizes giving initiatives at club events, and works to amplify organizations making a difference throughout St. Lucie County.
A devoted husband and father of three, family is at the core of everything Zachary does. He owns and leads the Florida operations of SE Logo Wear and, alongside his wife Karol, co-owns American Furniture & Design. With more than 17 years of relationship-based business development experience, Zachary brings positive energy, clear communication, and a deep passion for giving back—using business as a platform to build stronger families and a stronger community.

EVENT DIRECTOR
Maygan is the Senior Director of Development at Indian River State College Foundation, where she leads fundraising efforts for transformative initiatives like the Promise Program, offering tuition-free education to local students. She is also a licensed real estate agent, ranking in the top 2.5% regionally. Passionate about giving back, Maygan enjoys creating meaningful connections and serving her community through leadership, philanthropy, and hosting events that foster collaboration across the Treasure Coast.

Tony is the proud owner and licensed contractor of About It All Roofing & Construction, a company built on the foundation of integrity, reliability, and quality customer service. Tony has over 20 years of experience and made it his mission to restore trust and transparency back to the roofing industry.
In addition to being a devoted husband and father, he is also a pillar in his community, always seeking ways to uplift others and make a meaningful impact. His personal mission is to help both individuals and businesses reach their full potential, combining his professional expertise with a heart for service.
